A career in real estate is one of the few that YOU
control how much money you make. Commissions are based directly on your
production and increase as your sales increase.

What type of training will I need once I am licensed?
Proper training is crucial to your success in real

house, to prospecting, to financing and contracts. We also provide mentorship
and weekly training for the first six months you are with us. This training

What kind of support should I expect from a Real Estate
company?
When choosing a real estate company, a potential associate
should view it as a business decision. What can that company do for you in terms
of opportunity? Where can you get off to the fastest start?
Look at market share:
- Where does that company stand in the marketplace? (#1,
#2, etc.)
Inventory:
- The number of homes both new and resale that a company
has listed (these translate into opportunities for more straight sales,
meaning more money in your pocket)
Image and Reputation:
- The reputation that a company has for honest, ethical
business practices is extremely important.
Training:
- Initial training is critical; on-going training and field
support even more so
How well you do in the first 6 or 8 months is an indicator
of your success in the industry. The support and training you receive during
this time is vital to your career.
