About Fonville Morisey Real Estate School
The Fonville Morisey Real Estate School has been in existence for over 20 years. Its programs and instructors
have won numerous awards. In 1995 and 1996 the school won the North Carolina Real Estate Educators award for
Program of the Year. Three of its instructors have won the North Carolina Real Estate Award for Instructor of
the Year. Three of the instructor staff have earned the DREI (Distinguished Real Estate Instructors)
designation. This is especially noteworthy in that there are only 110 DREIs in the entire nation.
Fonville Morisey was the first private real estate school in the area to offer cram courses to students
preparing for the state exam and also the first school in the area to offer to students additional study
materials such as video tapes, audio tapes, books of practice questions and computer software. These materials
have proven to be extremely popular and helpful to adult learners who must coordinate taking a real estate
course along with jobs and family responsibilities.
Many students who attend the Fonville Morisey school are seeking a career in real estate sales. Attending
Fonville Morisey gives them not only the opportunity to attend a top-notch real estate program but also
